Shipping Policy

We offer WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING. We will ship out the order by registered air mail. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will email to you. If you want us to ship by EMS / DHL / Fedex, please let us know via email and we will send you a quote for the shipping charges.

Return Policy

There is normally no refund for sold items. We will only refund for damage or defective items (we will check every item carefully before ship out, the case of damage or defective probably should will not be happen). However, we accept for size exchange or exchange for another product in our shop. The following procedure must be follow in case of refund or exchange:

• A restocking fee and re-postage fee of US$28 (for leather jacket) or US$10 (for other items in our store) will be charged on all returned items except the case of damage or defective of product.
• Shipping charges are NOT refundable. 
• Only UNWORN and UNUSED merchandise will be accepted for refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All refund, exchange, store credit request have to be made within FIVE DAYS of receiving your merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS
• We are not responsible for return shipping fees
• The returned merchandise has to be sent to our address via airmail service before any exchange or refund could be processed
• All refund and shipping reimbursement will be made via paypal. We do not offer cash refund

Cancel / Amend an order

If you want to cancel or amend your order, please contact with us via email within 12 hours from the time you placed your order. After 12 hours, your order has been sent to our factory for production. No cancellation or amendment is allowed.

Since our products are in Asian size, the size may be smaller than you are expected. To minimize your cost and time spend on size exchange, we strongly advise you to consult us on the size before you place your order if you have any concern on the size.
